Attempted a movement today that I rarely incorporate into my workouts – the handstand pushup!

WARM-UP

  • 10 x 1 Minute Skipping / :15 rest

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for Time…

  • 5 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Deadlifts @ 225lbs
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings @ 53lbs

time = 8:22
