AMP90 is a Strength and Conditioning Program designed and tested by Chris Campbell. Chris is an NCCP Level 2 Certified Coach, Personal Trainer and Athlete. The methods behind the AMP90 Program target Anaerobic Threshold, Strength Development and Aerobic Capacity work in the form of weight training, swimming, biking and running. As a competitive swimmer, Chris obtained National ranking in the 100m Butterfly competing at the Commonwealth Games Trials. Recently returning to competition, Chris now trains and races in Masters Swimming competitions as well as triathlons and other multi-sport events. This blog details the program he follows as he trains for this season’s race schedule.
